“Nahed helped me with extension of a seaside 4 bedroom house. I liked working with her because she listened, and then offered options which I did not see myself. All work was precisely, promptly, and with full technical knowledge. I also appreciated Nahed's good taste and ability to make things beautiful. She also knows the market and found me stunning high-tech floor boards which are the pride of the house.”

“Alessandra supported us with our kitchen renovation. She spent with us half day at Magnet to design our kitchen, select the materials and the colours. She was very careful and detailed oriented to make sure the kitchen we were getting was exactly what we needed/wished for. Important to note that Alessandra is open find solution for what you need/wish for (different from other architects who wants to put their mark and leave their “stamp” in their designs). She did delivered not a kitchen, but what we called a master piece of art - her careful selection of colour and materials + solutions to corners and panels at the top/at the bottom to hide electrics paid off having her in that work. Everyone who comes to our house or lastly who sees our kitchen from Zoom/Skype or Team spots how beautiful it is (not only beautiful, but for us who uses the kitchen it is entirely functional, easy to clean and all sorted). Thank you Alessandra - you made us very happy and ensured lockdown could be easily managed with our new lovely and super functional (easy to clean) kitchen! Before Alessandra - red kitchen. After Alessandra - the modern, atemporal grey/blue kitchen (please see pictures).”

“Model Projects were a delight, from the initial brief with James who immediately took my requirements and turned them into a fantastic design - spot on first time with no amendments necessary. Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”

“My husband and I used Vaidas for our house refurbishment and extension project in Hatfield a couple of years ago. We were very pleased with his services and approach from start to finish. He obtained planning permission, dealt with building control and also supervised the construction on site. He was always easy to reach and was always patient and helpful in guiding us through our first project with the many questions that we had. I can thoroughly recommend Vaidas to everyone (and have done in the past) for their architectural needs. We've had plenty of compliments about our house and especially about our open plan kitchen and living room which opens to the garden from people visiting and I have always referred them to Vaidas. “Trevor Brown was a pleasure to work with. We started with a humble idea of replacing a structurally unsound kitchen with something a bit nicer, and he transformed the project into a fabulous piece of architecture. Trevor is knowledgeable, and has an ambitious attitude to even simple projects. By paying attention to both the structure and the details of the kitchen, Trevor created a space which is a beautiful space and also very functional. Trevor is a busy man, but he replied to emails, and answered the phone when we had queries. He worked well with the construction team and they were able to take a pragmatic approach to solving problems along the way. We exceeded the original budget, but that was at least in part because we chose more expensive options when Trevor offered us choices.”

“HA have been a great help with our extension/ renovation and have helped guide us through planning, structure and building regs. They even put us in touch with some quality local contractors which gave us confidence going into the build stage. Working with Phil and the team has been great along with their honesty and advise it has made the project an enjoyable process. I would highly recommend HA !”

“Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. We would definitely use them again for future work.”

“The company has acted already for us on two major refurbishment projects completed at just under £500000 cost in the last three years and are now giving us advice on two other larger flagship properties we own to convert commercial space into residential where we as a private fund own a portfolio of property We have found them very responsive and have always given us very good advice along with project management and design in often complicated situations They helped us enormously in obtaining listed building consent and other planning uses for alterations on two of our buildings despite one, very difficult Council They have also suggested and appointed contractors for us and supervised them We have too found their fees reasonable and competitive so we have only very good recommendations to make about the company”

“I engaged Chris to draw up plans for a house extension and garage conversion into an office and shed. I was extremely impressed with Chris's attitude and professionalism throughout the whole process. He kept me informed of his work, advised me where necessary and came to see me at regular intervals to review the design and ensure I understood all aspects of the work clearly. Chris's knowledge through the planning process was invaluable and helped get this approved effortlessly. His detailed and thorough plans and drawings meant that the builders (a number of whom Chris recommended) could price up this work in an accurate manner and provide detailed timelines for the project. Which as a project manager myself was great to see! There is absolutely no doubt I would use Chris again for any other projects and have happily recommended him to friends and family.”
