“Seth has designed two homes for us and will soon be designing a third. The completed projects are so appealing that he has had 2 requests this year from our guests to design a home for them! Seth's easy going, can do attitude makes for a enjoyable working relationship. He presents fresh ideas and readily accepts any changes along the way from his clients. His creativity and vision is reflected in a wide range of designs. He has designed both a mountain home and an urban Frank Lloyd Wright style home for us. His suggestions are always in keeping with the home's style and setting while also balancing the practical needs of the homeowner. We would highly recommend Seth for your home design needs.”

“Rand is a great designer! He put together plans for a remodel and ~1000 sq foot addition for our home. He was very detail oriented and thoughtful in his design. Rand worked hard to keep us within our budget and allow for a design which we love and which will make our home beautiful and cohesive despite the addition! He was easy to work with and held our hands (we were first timers) through a number of obstacles along the way. I would recommend him to anyone who really cares about the integrity of their design.”

“We used this team to design two custom homes in Divide. One of the best decisions we made through the custom building experience. As soon as you walk in the door and see examples of their work, you know you have come to the right place. They helped us design what we wanted in a home, and then put their "artistic touch" on the plans. Breathtaking and out of the box thinking!! Everyone we know comments on what a beautiful home we have, even the USPS delivery guy. This team is also very familiar with building regulations. We had no difficulty at all with the building department once they found out it was a "Langley" home. They got excited too! My wife and I will never move, we feel we will not be able to beat the home Dave and his team designed for us! If you have ideas for what you want in a house, but want a team to make it workable and highly professional.. Make this your first step. Thanks guys! Aron and Amber”
