“Currently engaged with Studio Prime in support of a design/build project here in the city of San Luis Obispo. I couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable and professional group to work with, but importantly, they also have a sense of humor (especially John). They are helping my wife and I design (and eventually build) a 3,000 sf custom home on an, um, "interesting" hilly site that is presenting some challenges. “Peter is a local architect and affiliated with the AIA Central Coast Chapter (currently on the board of directors). He has a great taste in design and has many great projects under his belt. I was fortunate enough to receive a personal tour of his Salmon Residence project recently. After seeing what he had done with this project, my appreciation for residential architecture truly heightened. This home is definitely one of my top favorite buildings in San Luis Obispo. The details on this building are incredible, and the interior spaces are unique and ravishing. Besides his designs however, Peter is a really down to earth person and very easy to talk to. He is nice, charming, and very well knowledgeable in his trade. Working with him is always wonderful, and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.”
