“Kristin designed the remodel for my home in Encinitas. In a matter of a few hours she overcame design problems we had been struggling with for months, then went on to polish the design into a stand-out plan that has been a joy to live in. This was a complete home remodel. We expanded the master bath, added a new bath, moved and expanded the kitchen, expanded the living room, and added a studio. The end result took advantage of our 180-degree view (which the original design didn't) and cost far less than selling and moving into a comparable property with a similar view, if we had been able to find one.”

“Brewster Drafting House is a GO-TO Choice for David Michael Designs, we have worked together for years now and he is one of the most responsive and clearly talented designers around. We have since worked on countless projects and I would highly recommend him time and time again. His work is fast, clean, sharp, and on budget. He is well versed in Lumion, and SketchUp as well as Chief Architect. I can not say enough good things here, it's a no-brainer choice. Our last client told me that he was so impressed with Brewsters 3D, that his wife was not sure how we had "Built" the house before we even completed the blueprints. She had thought the 3D designs were real..! - Davis Micahel”

“After meeting with a few different architects, we hired Buffett Design for our whole house remodel. Tyler is friendly, real, and was very understanding in regards to our constantly changing ideas. When it was difficult for us to visualize the space based on the 2D sketches, he created a 3D walkthrough experience on the computer for us. This was so helpful for us to "walk through" the new space before construction even started!”

“Ashley is OUTSTANDING. Currently she is our real estate agent. My husband and I feel so comfortable with her and trust her advice and skill. She is extremely honest and points out many different aspects about the houses- both the good and the bad. She has been incredibly patient with us while we search for the "perfect" house. She is unbelievably accommodating and responsive to our requests to schedule a viewing. She really does have our best interest in mind and is invested in our decision. We really would be lost without her. The best part about looking at houses with Ashley is that we know we will continue to utilize her extensive knowledge after we decide on a home. She has a unique ability to envision all the potential in a home to help us make it truly ours. I have recommended Ashley to several of my friends and will continue to do so! Thank you, Ashley, for making this would-be stressful process so fun!”

“My husband and I worked with FoxLin Architects on our custom ground up home in Carlsbad (north of San Diego), California and we would very highly recommend them. The home is now complete and it is remarkable down to the last detail. We felt like our values were always considered and we had countless conversations about even the smallest of details from paint colors to the cabinetry handles. At times we questioned the proposals and in the end we could see and now can understand their vision. Juintow and Michael are both very talented, innovated and experienced architects, designers, and project managers who can easily show many iterations on the computer as well as obtain countless physical samples of tiles, stain samples etc. This level of personal dedication and attention to detail is what constantly put us at ease on the design of our new home. 
 The bottom line is that we count on them for envisioning designs and that is also what set them apart from others. It is also worth mention that they were always grounded enough to understand our budget and make not only beautiful, but also realistic proposals. Again, we are highly recommending FoxLin Architects to anyone who wants a bit more than norm.”

“As a Landscape Designer, we have worked with Bill Guidero on many projects. We have always found Bill's work to be innovative, yet in line with the aesthetics and budgets of his Clients. Bill is also extremely accessible and this is extremely important when working with an Architect. I very highly recommend Bill for any Residential Architecture Project!”
