“Christiane created a design plan for our newly purchased four-story townhouse that transformed it from a blank canvas (all white rooms with very limited furniture) to a beautiful contemporary home. We know what we like, but we needed someone who could help us see how furniture and décor would fit in the space and pull it all together into a modern sophisticated home. We work long hours, so it was a huge help to have Christiane’s design involvement.
Christiane found great pieces for the house but also listened to us when we saw things we liked. She was conscious of our budget and very good about showing us options within a variety of price ranges. She was fun to work with and always responsive.

“I engaged Ashish of “RARA Designz” as designer for home improvement for small area extension in one corner to build prayer/Pooja room. Prior to his site visit, I had a plan in my mind to extend the area in both levels, ground and upper floors. His guidance and recommendation in the very first interaction, using the cost versus usable benefit approach, helped me to decide to go with only ground level improvement. This simple decision had a huge positive impact on right scoping of the project.
During the course of detailing of drawings, his providing the drawings as options analysis helped me make choices for specific situations. He provided service in a timely manner, setting the expectations upfront. He provided statement of work, and transparent pricing based on expected hours of work. Overall, I am happy and satisfied to have contracted “RARA Designz” for home improvement design service.”

“We met with Ileana to discuss possible renovation ideas to our 1960s house to open up the space and to re-think our upstairs bathrooms. She designed the project in a way that allowed us to consider the two pieces (upstairs and downstairs) both separately and together. We originally thought we would focus on the upstairs initially, but we were so happy with the redesigned first floor that we ended up deciding to tackle this project first. We contracted with a local company to do the work, and they have had no problems following Ileana's architectural drawings.”

Stephen worked collaboratively with us to make sure we designed a home that was modern and also practical for our family. He worked within our project budget, and always came up with creative ways to design something or build something that went beyond our expectations. We quickly learned to trust Stephen and his crew implicitly. And, despite his laid-back demeanor, Stephen is a closet-perfectionist that thinks carefully about how things look and function, and made sure everything was well-designed and well-built. Given Workshop11's ability to do metal design in addition to home design/build, everything in our home is custom and beautiful. After living in the house for almost two years, we still can't believe we get to live in this amazing modern home!”
