They took the time to hear what we wanted and were able to assemble our concepts into a blueprint. “House design and build. We were sold after meeting Jamie and David. Excellent people with a high regard for the customer and their satisfaction through all phases of the process. We were also sold on the fact they had their own team of finishing carpenters who also did the framing. As we were working together to build a Craftsman home that truly copied the homes from the 20's that was critical. Trades coming in later commented that it was one of the squarest.truest houses they had ever worked in. Despite all the infills in our neighborhood (10-15 a year now) our house still gets rave reviews as one of the best people have seen to date. Exceptional trades that have stayed loyal to The House Company. 11 years later no issues to report. They were transparent about project costs allowing us to make positive financial decisions and they were perfect on their timelines. We consider them friends now and highly recommend them.”

“We worked with Kelly to design our Cabin on our recreation property in the foothills of Alberta. He listened to what we wanted and how we wanted to use our cabin. He came up with a great design, that looks awesome on our property. He made excellent use of all spaces and we absolutely love it. It is better than what we had envisioned. We would highly recommend him.”

“We hired Workspace to assist us in the complete remodeling of our kitchen. They presented the initial concept and moved it to final design, including recommendations on products (cabinetry to appliances), layout, lighting and functionality. Workspace engaged with our contractor as well as suppliers to ensure the build out was done to our liking and standards while keeping on budget. They were very professional and we would definitely use their services again.”
