“Light House Design was the architecture firm I hired for a major house renovation involving knocking down interior walls, adding a four season porch, moving a bathroom, adding a deck and front entryway, as well as new windows, roof, exterior siding, and electrical system. They provided a thoughtful and attractive design in keeping with the style of the house. They listened to our goals and suggestions and often incorporated them in the drawings they created. When they disagreed, they explained why the suggestions were impossible or undesirable. Very attentive to detail, and cost conscious. They were also helpful in providing an objective viewpoint of the contractor's work”

“Susan was a pleasure to work with. We wanted to expand our home, but stay in keeping with the original look and feel of the colonial. Susan took our ideas and put them on paper, and worked with us to get not just the big picture but also little details just right - from the width of the long hallway to the arch of the portico. Our house still gets compliments more than a year and a half later dash from strangers and steal from neighbors who simply enjoy looking at the house. We would use Susan again and recommend her in a heartbeat for anyone looking to plan a home renovation.”

“Don Richardson was such a pleasure to work with as his design, creativity, knowledge and professionalism were brilliant. Several times, Don went the extra mile (literally) to bring samples, discuss decisions and patiently explore alternatives. His rapport with the crew was fabulous and led to very smooth execution of the project, basically a guest house on our property for our extended family. Don designed the bedroom of our young grandson as a totally sweet cabin room with a stunning view of the trees around it. Our grandson woke up the first morning in his new room, whispering to his mother that he was in the middle of a forest!”

“Shannon Scarlett provided ideas and initial concepts for the extensive redesign of my old, small kitchen (with two ceiling heights and floor levels) and dining room. From her initial concepts and our inputs on what was important to us, she modified the concepts and prepared a detailed design for both rooms. We could not believe that we could have the remodeling that she designed! She is easy to work with and listened to our "wants". We are extremely pleased with her design, and she continues to proved support during the construction phase. Her costs were reasonable and a small part of the total project cost.”

“I hired these full service architects to design and oversee an addition to my house. Having had a grandchild, we needed more than two bedrooms. Andrew Reck designed a wonderful-feeling space that fits totally with the style of my house, a renovated 50's modern structure that we had renovated in 1999. He managed to find a way to incorporate a new stairway and second floor, containing two bedrooms, a bath, and a deck, that seems to have been part of the original design. He was completely on deadline, was very responsive about any questions, and is a really nice, talented person to boot. I have definite opinions about design, and he was easy to work with, convincing me to change my ideas because he had good arguments for me to do so. He also incorporated several of my ideas into the design. The space is nearly complete, and we really look forward to using it. I am very glad to have had his conceptual and practical help in this project.”

“We selected Molly Moran as the architect to design our home addition, which was a two-story structure approximately 16 x 30 feet footprint with finished basement, new kitchen, master bedroom and bath added to the existing house that was built in 1911. She worked hard to meet our requests and brought her own well-honed sense of design to each aspect of the project. The addition turned out to be a beautiful and seamless extension of the original house, with a lot of attention to detail, for example, the wood trim and window/door casings. She was fairly close to the original estimate we budgeted for her services, and there was no problem meeting deadlines. She was also flexible when unforeseen problems cropped up, such as the need to repair part of original house foundation when excavation began, and adjust the design to accommodate the altered foundation that resulted. I particularly liked the way she would stand her ground with the contractor when he occasionally tried to cut some corners with materials or design features. Almost everyone who visits our home raves about the addition and the way it fits in with the original house.”

“Rosemont Design was instrumental in architectural planning, interior design and furnishing for our new office at Pediatric Specialists of Foxborough and Wrentham (Sensitive Information HIdden). From the initial concepts to the finish work they were with us the whole way. They worked with our construction company, subcontractors and insured that our office met all the building codes and standards for a medical office. We could not be more pleased and we have received great feedback from our clients as well. I would highly recommend Rosemont Design for any project large or small, domestic or business. “Steve and I have worked together for fifteen years, almost six of which since we have both owned our individual businesses. His in Architecture, mine in Interior Design. We have a respectful working relationship and Steve is 100% reliable. His designs are incredibly thoughtful and his intent focus on his clients and the understanding of good teamwork makes all of the projects (residential homes) that we have worked on together very successful. It's not only about the end result on projects, but really the process that it takes you to get there and working with Steve is always a great experience and he is incredibly personable. I would highly recommend him!”
