“We have been involved in two major residential projects with Eric, from Green Point Design, one a new build and the other a major renovation of a Victorian residence. As indicated by the fact we used Eric's services twice, we were extremely happy with both projects and in all our dealings with him and Green Point Design. He is an excellent communicator, as well as a good listener and unflappable in the face of change or challenges. He is both a creative and practical architect, committed to meeting the requirements of his clients and working alongside them in a partnership over the course of the project and beyond. His commitment to and knowledge of the environmental factors of building and design is immense and we are certainly reaping the rewards of a more sustainable house because of this. He was a pleasure to work with, always responding quickly to queries, unfailingly polite and respectful and a excellent working partner for builders and other professionals involved. I would recommend him highly.”

“Fantastic! After having some thorough conversations with Mick and viewing previous work we established Moloney Architects were the firm for us. We have now been working with them for two years to create our dream home. They has been extremely generous with their time, flexible, enthusiastic and supporting through the different stages of the project. The expertise offered at all times keeps us confidant that we will be achieving the best result for us. They were great at designing a solution aimed at our budget, but still giving us the point of difference we were after. They really took all of our criteria into consideration. Can not speak highly enough of this practice. We have developed what we feel is a lasting friendship and are already talking about what our next project will be, we have enjoyed ourselves that much!”

“Enduring Domain are project managers and designers of our new house, on a sloping country block with specific restrictions imposed by the water authorities. They have faced all challenges with imagination and humour and we are very much enjoying watching the project unfold. Having originally planned to design it ourselves, each time we see the clever design ideas included in this small structure we tell each other "that's why you need an architect". Highly recommended, especially for their concern for environmental sustainability and experience in :"green" building and design.”

“My husband and I worked with Helen Bernard for Unicorn Architecture, over a period of several months, as she developed plans for our house. We found Helen to be very patient and respectful to our wishes, and very professional in her approach. Helen is knowledgeable about sustainable housing and passive solar house design. Her suggestions and advice was helpful, and although we found the whole process stressful, naturally, it was also interesting and enjoyable. After Helen's work was completed, the plans were finalised and it went to building tender, Helen continued to offer suggestions and advice as we navigated the tender process. We are very satisfied with the outcome and very comfortable and happy in our house. It is performing well in all seasons.”
