“We were really delighted with the designs from the General Architecture company for remodeling our Edwardian house. Kevin and his colleague really listened to our needs and came up with a design that was in keeping with the age of the property that maintained original features, whilst incorporating our needs for fish tanks, bike storage, and light! The design also allowed completion in stages to minimise disruption for family life. Kevin was able to answer queries promptly and help with all aspects of the planning process. Highly recommended."”

“Maya worked closely with us to produce layouts and building regulation submission for the proposed conversion of an attached garage to extend the existing kitchen, create a utility and a 3rd bedroom/study with ensuite at our property in Kingswinford. Maya was extremely professional and prompt with her responses. She sourced a structural engineer to carry the structural design required for the proposed modifications. We can thoroughly recommend Maya Architects.”

“Our first "in the flesh" viewing of the Oakwrights Kenchester barn-style garage we purchased was at the Goodwood Festival Of Speed - we were amazed at how spacious it was and the quality of the build was clearly excellent. Our requirement was for the building to be constructed on a pre-arranged base. We were delighted when we initially sought a quotation from Oakwrights to find it undercut the nearest estimate we had by £4000! The whole process of erecting the frame and tiling took three men three days from start to finish, which was amazing. They were totally professional and courteous and kept us informed of progress throughout. The end result is fantastic and gets much admiration from visitors and friends alike.”

“Anthony understood our brief from the beginning and gave us several options that made clever use of the space. He came up with some great ideas and the finished project has transformed our home- we are very happy. We only had a limited budget and Anthony helped to make sure we stayed within our budget, making suggestions that would save us money along the way. “The job that my wife and I engaged Hawkes Edwards to do was something of a challenge, it was an extension/conversion of a grade 2 listed Georgian townhouse,which also happened to be in a conservation area in Stratford-on-Avon to be precise. Trevor and his team were excellent through all stages of our project, the consent and planning approval were seamless which relieved us of any potential stress. It was a pleasure to work with Trevor and his team and we can honestly say what they did totally transformed the house, merging the former Georgian glory with a 21st century home and thus creating one of Stratford's finest houses. Both my wife and I were delighted with the outcome as i'm sure Trevor was. Many Thanks David and Bridget Hunt.”

“I would highly recommend Studio Severn Architects. Julie's skill and expertise is second to none and her understanding of our brief was perfect. The technical drawings she provided were excellent and our builders praised the level of detail they were given. Not only is her standard of work excellent but Julie is also very easy to get along with, she took the time to get to know us and was very helpful through the whole process. Our extension was completed in 2016 and we are so pleased with the result - an amazing light and airy family living space.”

“We had a fantastic experience using Nick and his team on our self build new home. Right from the first concept / feasability meetings his knowledge and flare were endering. Nick is a very likeable chap who installed belief in my wife and I to take some chances on design that other architects that we met failed to come close. He managed to hit our brief but also managed to go further and designed spaces within our home that we would never have imagned ourselves like our full hight internal aspects. Even now as we are pretty much complete 2 or 3 years on we catch angles and lines of sight that I know Nick intended all along in his design its only now as we use the building for different functions with our family and the sun floods though the house that we truly appreciate his hard efforts. We have neighbours pass by on their evening walks that constantly thank us for what we've done to the street and increased the valus of their own homes - this is mainly down to Nicks design and us sticking to his specification.”
