“We wished to extend our house but it is a very unusual shape. We were looking for an Architect who could come up with a design for a 2 storey extension that maintained the character of the house but provided us with more usable living space. We chose Adapt because their initial design concept fulfilled all our requirements yet remained within our suggested budget.
Although construction is not yet complete, our neighbours have commented on how much better the house looks. We are pleased at how much more space we will have when the work is complete and how the house will be far more suitable for us as we get older.
Alan talked us through the whole process of Planning & Building Control approval & kept us fully informed during these processes. Additionally, he recommended suitable structural engineers and surveyors to assist us, and sent out tender documents to the various builders who were quoting for the work.
Altogether, we were provided with an excellent service and would recommend this company without hesitation.

Ralph was recommended by a friend and gently led me through the process. Ralph organised the surveyor, made lots of constructive suggestions, produced excellent drawings and very quickly secured planning permission for me. There was little for me to do except decide what design I wanted.
Ralph Kent is a brilliant architect but it is all the product ideas he comes up with and his organising skills that get the job done.”
