    “The company has acted already for us on two major refurbishment projects completed at just under £500000 cost in the last three years and are now giving us advice on two other larger flagship properties we own to convert commercial space into residential where we as a private fund own a portfolio of property We have found them very responsive and have always given us very good advice along with project management and design in often complicated situations They helped us enormously in obtaining listed building consent and other planning uses for alterations on two of our buildings despite one, very difficult Council They have also suggested and appointed contractors for us and supervised them We have too found their fees reasonable and competitive so we have only very good recommendations to make about the company”

Our builders had no problems understanding the drawings and as a result everything went smoothly Professional, approachable and exceeded my expectations - Would definitely recommend.”

In every case the attention to detail is exceptional and their ability to incorporate every practicality while still ensuring design excellence is second to none. On a commercial level they have achieved planning in extremely challenging circumstances and when it came to selling the projects, the end value has always been well above our original appraisals. On my personal project, Duncan was pivotal in insuring that our home met every one our challenging needs for an accessible home in very sensitive circumstances. He was extremely personable and a pleasure to work with throughout. His team's attention to detail in every aspect has meant that our home is perfect in every way. I can highly recommend Greenaway Architecture to anyone looking for an architect on either a commercial or personal project.”

    “James will listen to your requirements fully and his attention to detail means you'll be pleased with the results. we have been very happy with both our loft conversion (not easy as we only had a small loft) and our kitchen extension. His work complemented our Victorian cottage, adding extra space without spoiling the character.”

    “I found Verity through a contact to help complete the planning stage of an extension that had become bogged down. She brought a highly structured approach to the process and good insights, imagination and flexibility to the development of the design. She was able to give a good steer through the various planning process hoops with an ultimately successful outcome - that despite the best efforts of the planners. I would very happily recommend her to others undertaking similar work.”

The design marries design and function, and is well considered for the sloping site. Communication has been excellent and the fees very reasonable.”
