“When we decided to do a major renovation/reconstruction of our home we had nothing more than an abstract idea of what we wanted and the process seemed extremely daunting. We had heard wonderful things about Dave from friends, whose home is spectacular, and decided to contact Dave. Dave really listened to us and asked questions that clearly showed he was paying attention to our needs. He took our very abstract idea for our home and proposed inventive design solutions that we would never have imagined. Throughout the design and construction process Dave was extremely responsive, delivering drawings when promised and holding true to his commitments to us. More importantly he was respectful of our questions and immediately addressed any concerns that we might have had. Dave was always mindful of our limited budget, balancing our wish list against what the budget would allow.
