“Design Team were excellent from start to finish. We decided to go with them as they offered one point of contact (we had Steven as our designer) and it was very helpful to sit down with him to discuss our brief in more detail at the measured survey. They secured planning permission for our loft conversion, 1st floor extension and garage conversion. We particularly valued their integrated, fixed fee package and not having to employ a separate structural engineer streamlined the process. As the end of the design process they produced a detailed schedule of works which we were able to send to our shortlisted contractors for tender pricing. They were also very helpful and responsive during the build assisting with queries and providing additional information that was requested by Building Control. Highly recommended.”

“Model Projects were a delight, from the initial brief with James who immediately took my requirements and turned them into a fantastic design - spot on first time with no amendments necessary. Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”

“Our family is totally new in London. We bought an interesting 3 bed flat, above 20/F, besides River Thames on one side and overlooking a dock on the other side. The flat is quite new and ready for living in. We however want to have better use of the space while maintaining or even highlighting the character of the flat, we decide to look for an experienced designer from various internet referral platforms. I notice that there are a lot of highly qualified interior designers and architects available out there. After over one month of selection process, we finally decided with confidence to go with SB Studio. We choose See Beng not only because of his impressive portfolio in architectural work and interior design but more importantly is his eagerness and patience to learn our expectation. We have gone thru one month of work together. It is very fulfilled experience. See Beng listens to us patiently to learn the details of our need. In the meantime, he would always provide ideas that we never think of. I can say it is a very harmonious cooperation experience. We contract SB Studio for design and project management. We have expectations of work quality, time control and budget control. See Beng’s resourceful connection in the field provide us more alternatives in terms of style and price. In order to meet time lines, See Beng would work for us during weekends or holidays, when really required. My wife and I are so happy that we have chosen See Beng as our interior designer and project manager.”

“Designed a Garden Room extension to the back of a 1960s house in a 20th Century Conservation Area to create an 'integrated living' feel to the ground floor including taking the kitchen into this space. The Architects worked collaboratively with us, taking the design through the Planning process, producing detailed tender documents to enable us to select an appropriate builder. Remaining in the background but available to support us during the construction period.”

“We were very pleased when Karenna Wilford Architects were recommended to us for our cottage extension and refurbishment. Karenna has been like a breath of fresh air to us. She is reliable, professional and very pleasant to work with. She worked closely with us to give us not only just what we wanted but also made valuable suggestions which proved to be a large benefit to the final scheme. KWA project managed all the building works as we had very specific requirements and wanted to use specialised contractors. “Studio Jayga Having met with a number of high end architects to do the plans for reconfiguring the ground floor of our house to create an open plan kitchen, garage conversion with utility room and downstairs cloakroom, we decided to go with Mahdi at Studio Jayga. From the very first meeting it was apparent to us that not only was he the best value for money but his eye for detail was second to none. Our project took a long time for completion (simply down to both my husband and I working), however Mahdi stayed with us for the duration- over a year! He was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed to discuss ideas- there are many times when we FaceTimed so that he could look at the project and offer solutions to problems that we couldn’t have overcome ourselves. He also regularly made on-site visits to ensure everything was going to plan. He even provided ideas for our bathroom restructure which wasn’t included in the job. Architects usually do the plans, take the fee and that is where it stops. Studio Jayga provided so much more than that. Mahdi was with us throughout, sourcing builders, materials and giving design ideas. I am very fussy and the level of detail and design ideas provided by Mahdi was faultless. There’s a saying that “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is”, but with Mahdi and Studio Jayga this was not the case. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough- in fact I have recommended him to a number of friends and colleagues. If you are looking for the highest standard of drawings and design ideas, coupled with professionalism and someone that understands what you want in a build you won’t regret choosing Studio Jayga.”
