I am absolutely delighted to be writing this feedback for Manasa, Ravi and their team at Aarna Architects. My experience with them, as they worked through design and implement of our duplex, has been nothing short of exceptional. From the time we connected to discuss the project, the team at Aarna took active interest to listen and understand our preferences. The “listening” wasn’t just limited to initial meetings but there was an active dialog through the engagement. This really helped in not only smooth execution but also further improve on design elements through the execution as they came across options that could further add finesse to the final output. The team was also never shy to express their opinions if they felt we were digressing from the broad design themes. Program execution by team Aarna was top notch. For someone not familiar with the background story, it usually comes as a huge surprise to know that the project was completed in the middle of, and despite, the pandemic - with no compromise on quality. In some cases the output was much better than anticipated as the team went an extra mile to improve on the aesthetics as they went about bringing the design to life. Finally, given that we were remote through the project execution Ravi and team took extra care to keep us in the loop and did periodic check-ins with us on the progress and inputs. We always knew how things were progressing on the site, even without stepping on the site. Such was the trust they developed. Nowhere through the journey, which was elongated by pandemic, did we felt uncomfortable about our decision to put this project in hands of this wonderful team. If at all, I wished I had known them earlier and had them work on our previous home as well. They will certainly be doing our next. I highly recommend you should consider them for your next too!
