“In my experience with appliance repair shops, they refuse to give a ball park estimate of how much repairs might cost. Instead they say you have to pay for an inspection. Not the case here. My side by side Sub Zero fridge just stopped working. Suspected that it needs a new compressor and the person who spoke to me gave me an estimate on how much it would cost to replace which turns out to be more than a new product. Can't vouch for the quality of their work, but was impressed by their approach. The guy was even extra quiet when he found out my son was taking a nap in the next room. Would recommend and definitely use again.”

“Many people now run to the big box stores and chains to buy their appliances but you are WRONG!! Waadt Appliance is fabulous in every sense. I always get the best prices , the best service and delivery and if there is ever an issue I can pick up the phone immediately get to talk to Bill ( amazing Customer service ) and get the issue resolved timely.
