Please, do not use Flooring Warehouse, the job they did in my house is horrible! They will have to come to redo everything they did in 3 days. I am embarrassed when my friends and family come and look at the job. Strings on carpet seams, carpet has two different shades, the seams on the carpet joint showing drastically, vinyl plank chipped, no stairs nose, caulking around door frames instead if pushing the vinyl under door frames, etc.,, It is a disaster!

I purchased flooring from this company and HATE it!! Phil sold me a product that I was unsure about and he swore they would stand behind it. He said they value customer satisfaction above all NOT TRUE. He was very rude to me and will not return calls. What he promised was that because I was not happy I should come in and pick a replacement so they could change the flooring and give me a nice credit. He said the product I purchased was SOOO popular that they needed some back in stock anyway. They ended up offering a VERY small credit toward my new floors that was absolutely insulting. I won't give them another nickel so we are going elsewhere to have our floors redone. My experience is they are all talk and don't really value their customers at all.

Unfortunately you did not like the product and we offered a discount that allowed us to install a new floor for you at our cost. I'm sorry that you did not feel as though the credit was enough.

I was completely satisfied with the floor work that was done to my home. It was professional. Everyone involved was courteous and patient. I would HIGHLY recommend their services. I would and will rehire in the future. Thank you!

My wife and I were very pleased with the entire process of getting new floors from Flooring Warehouse. From sales to installation everyone was very professional and super helpful. We felt we got a great deal on the tile and installation. We got all the floors done on our first floor and were worried how the logistics of 6 person family and a flooring crew in our house all at the same time but the crew and managers did all of that for us. Josh at the Cedar Park store did a great job taking care of all our needs. I would recommend them and plan to use them again when we need to replace our carpets.

I have used the services of Ric & Josh Erwin at Flooring Warehouse for all my flooring needs, from rentals to my personal home. They are extremely helpful in finding the right floor and price for any job, they make the purchasing process very easy and make sure I am always satisfied with the installation. They offer many choices and great reliable quality service, I cannot recommend them enough!

With the highest of praise I recommend Ric Irvine and his crew at Flooring Warehouse for all types of surface projects. Ric has overseen many many installs of wood, tile, vinyl, bathroom & shower remodels in rental homes all the way up to $M homes with fantastic results. My wife and I visited the Cedar Park location to look at carpet for our house. Josh worked with us to select exactly the perfect carpet and pad to replace the builder grade carpet. The installation was scheduled at a time convenient for us and the installers arrived on time and did a very professional installation. All of the furniture was returned to its orginal location and everything was cleaned up so we couldn't even tell they had been there except for the beautiful new carpet.

We have been working with Ric and the Flooring Warehouse for several years now. They have been doing some minor jobs for our dental office until now and done a great job. The end of this month we will be putting new carpet and laminate in our entire office. I have every expectation it will be done efficiently and expertly again.
