Yew Tree - flat roof option

The client was looking to add a contemporary addition to their family home, allowing for additional living space and much needed storage space for their ever-expanding book collection. Two options were drawn digitally in 2D and 3D, allowing the client to understand the spatial relationships further. A series of illustrations were then developed, detailing how the separate extensions would be viewed from the front and rear of the house. Finally, internal illustrations of the options were produced for the client, allowing them to get a further appreciation of the proposals. Once a design has been finalised, the extension will be built under permitted development.
