In this gorgeous farmhouse style kitchen, the designer decided that the stone backsplash should have been behind the shelving on either side of the cooktop. So we painted masonite panels to duplicate the look of the stone. Great way to extend existing stone. Walls were very slightly 'fauxed' to create a subtle sense of texture and age.
