This Portland 1929 Tudor mix home was in need of a few luxury additions. Designed by architect Stuart Emmons of Emmons Architects and built by Hammer & Hand, additions to the home included a green roof, two-person shower, soaking tub, and a two-story addition with a new living room and art studio. while not 'textured' glass or rice paper glass, frosted glass is another option for privacy. I also think this vanity is a nice transitional style if you went with two individual vanities instead of one long one.

Would need to swap toilet and vanity. Vanity would need to be smaller. One idea for shower for mom...nice that there is no "lip" into shower...just walk right in.
