Victorian Avenues Water Wise Fragrant Back Yard

Re-designed the entire back yard, and added a spa, fish pond, arbor, flagstone patio, steps, gravel path, retaining walls, new fence and colorful, water-wise fragrant plants. Owner is color blind so all of the water wise plants are fragrant and tactile. Rick Laughlin, APLD
