Valleydale

The original house was a one story '50s red brick ranch. The left front of the house was 10' lower than it is now where there was an outside entrance to the basement. We removed the roof, changed the ceiling heights from 8' to 9' and added three bedrooms and three baths in the new roof line. The garage is also new as the original garage was flush with the existing façade. We also solved the flood plain issues related to adding onto the back of the house.
