Every design needs to start somewhere – in this case the table was the first selection for the dining area. The beauty the stacked cube wood pedestal can be enjoyed through the glass tabletop. The maple buffet has a starburst design of various veneers. Dining chairs upholstered in a persimmon woven fabric are detailed with contrasting cords instead of the self-welting. Their square backs and arms and tapered legs add contemporary style. We used a settee instead of the expected matching chairs, much to their guests’ delight. The custom-made drapery panels are composed of three silk fabrics to complete the color scheme.
