Trenthan Street

With many homeowners on the street having already converted their lofts, Kate and Jamie contacted us in January 2018 and we soon started exploring ideas of how the get the most out of a loft conversion for them. Having considered a number of different options, in the end it was decided the new space should accommodate the master bedroom, and a new bathroom should be communally accessible from the landing. A beautiful palette of rustic timer and exported brick evokes a manhattan loft feel, whist the Juliet balcony creates a stunning design feature, and maximises daylighting in the large bedroom.
