The Piper Residence

The Piper residence is an amazing space in the Waterscapes building. The vision for this space was the create a glamorous summer gateway for our client. With a small square footage footprint, one of our biggest goals was to maximize capacity. We did this effectively by the finishing cabinetry that we used, it helped create storage throughout the home. With the location of the home being so close to the lake, we wanted to incorporate that in the house somehow and we did in the master bedroom. The custom glass pieces on the headboard was created with the vision of the lake, giving the room a great feel and sharp look. Attention to detail is always important in any design, but even more relevant in the Piper residence. Their dining room chairs are made with custom Calvin Klein fabrics and tufted with Swarovski Crystals on the inside of each seat. We are proud of this design as it incorporates functionality into modern trends.
