The transformation of Melbourne’s historic Pentridge Prison site into a one-billion-dollar dining and entertainment precinct was something of a passion project for the developers. Inside the Victorian bluestone walls is the exclusive underground sanctuary pool for premier guests, deliberately designed to contrast and complement the 170-year-old heritage site.
