The Bobco Residence

At the Bobco residence here in Houston, we did a full stair remodel. We removed the existing handrail and newel posts (including the column) and installed a new oak 6210 handrail. For the balusters we installed our PC18/1, PC18/2, and PC18/3 wrought iron balusters in our midnight bronze powder coated finish. We also removed and painted the end caps, balcony caps, and installed our oak end caps with painted raisers and a new end cap on the wall side to make room for the runner carpet. All wood was stained or restained to match, we added new skirt boards, and new aprons under the caps with panel molding on the edge of the skirts. The end result is a complete stair transformation.
