Stone Fireplaces Before & After

Our Mountain Stack Blend of stone was installed directly over the brick using mortar. However the installation is considered a drystack, since the mortar is not visible. The mantel is made from Alder wood and is our Liberty Lodge mantel. WE coordinated with two other vendors to supply the fireplace doors and do the carpentry work to remove the beams. The hearthstones are also our thin stone veneers that coordinate with the stone and are 20" x 20" and can be cut to size. North Star Stone, Libertyville, IL
