This ground floor flat was completely redecorated and a new kitchen extension was built. The extension created a spacious and light-flooded open-plan kitchen / living /dining area exiting into a landscaped garden. The apartment was on the market even before the refurbishment was finished and received a couple of offers under the asking price.
