South Minneapolis Attic Addition

Attic Addition & Finish: this is the shed dormer at the rear of the attic space, it makes possible full height walls in this area. It is enough to get decent spaces for a bedroom and bath. The other bedroom is centered in the attic on the far end with a dormer to the front. There is a large dormer toward the front that opens up a flexible space in the attic to be used for study, playroom, media area, or whatever fits the family.
