Simple Solutions in Window Treatments - adding color to a bay window

This Tysons Corner VA client loved the two small pelmets, or flat, flannel interlined banners, seen at the side windows of the breakfast area bay, which dress up the space without over-complicating it. Note that two different portions of the pattern were used, one on each side.
