Roof Deck, Center City Philadelphia

This project is a bi-level roof deck we built at 18th Street and Christian in Philadelphia. We removed and rebuilt an existing deck off the master bedroom, then built a staircase to the new deck above. The homeowner wanted to add some privacy to the bedroom, so we added a 5-foot tall shadow box railing on the lower deck, All decking material is MoistureShield composite decking with Deckorators Classic Aluminum Balusters.
