The existing rear elevation and landscaping of the house before the new addition of the first floor Family Room and Laundry Room with second floor Master Bath and Daughters' Bath expansion along with a new Master Walk-in Closet. The fencing defined the exterior stairs leading down to the basement. The concrete walls and steps remained and planned for future wine storage room.
