Penthouse @ The Mark

The Penthouse at the Mark was designed entirely as a spec in order to sell the $5,000,000 USD penthouse. D.Coop designed the interior shell and finish schedule for the potential buyer. The library was carved from a smaller space behind a series of concrete structural columns and incorporated a double sided fireplace.
