LuxapatioComplete Outdoor Renovation in Miramar, Florida! This project included a Dark brown custom wood pergola attached to the house.
The outdoor kitchen in this project was a U shape design with a granite counter and stone wall finish. All of the appliances featured in this kitchen are part of the Twin Eagle line.
Some other items that where part of this project included a custom TV lift with Granite and artificial ivy finish with a fire pit, custom pool, artificial grass installation, ground level lounge area and a custom pool design. All the Landscaping, Statues and outdoor furniture from the Kanoah line was also provided by Luxapatio.

Jay Sifford Garden DesignThe side yard became an appropriate entry to the oriental-inspired back garden. The previous low metal gate did nothing to promote anticipation in the mind of the visitor. We left some turf, cutting it into a serpentine pattern. The panicum 'Dallas Blues' will grow to 3-5' in height. The idea of using this plant combination was to transport the visitor back to his or her childhood where he or she might have been running through a grassy field, stumbling upon a mysterious treasure. The serpentine pathway slows down the visitor and creates that sense of anticipation. I chose a 'Merlot Majik' mimosa tree, which will be pruned in an appropriate way when it grows, because the very dark foliage speaks of mystery and complements the color of the doors and frame. These doors are 8 feet wide; the entire structure being over 10 feet. This imposing height creates a childlike sense within the mind of the visitor. Photo by Jay Sifford.
UserThis Martha's Vineyard style custom home includes many elements that establish a traditional East Coast home: white horizontal clapboard siding, tapered wood columns, shutters and red brick wainscoting. The predominantly red, white and blue color scheme honors the history of America, and a handmade American flag quilt underscores the theme. The outdoor space expands the living area, yet still feels intimate and contained.
