Norfolk House on the Hague

I have been so fortunate to work with clients who have incredible taste as well as incredible houses! This kitchen belongs to a house that is 107 years old. The window to the right of the sink had been boarded up and covered with cabinets over 30 years ago. Exploring design options and consulting with the contractor, we felt we could utilize the opposite wall for storage and completely open the room up by exposing the window. The result is a breathtaking. Another interesting aspect was the custom kitchen range hood. 11' ceilings allowed a hood that matches the grand scale of the home. The best part of the kitchen though is that it is used to cook every day.
