Noe Street Residence Garage

This pre-1900 Victorian in San Francisco's Noe Valley has one of the Planning Department's higher historical ratings. With street parking in the area difficult, the owners sought to add a garage. The existing structure was not elevated enogh to make this work. The only option was to raise the entire house. A new traditionally detailed front porch was developed to overshadow and minimize the garage door and we were able to source identical rewood shiplap siding still in production to clad the new story.
