Newport Coast Traditional

This mediterranean styled home is located in Newport Coast, California. The client loved their home but found they never used the rear yard and were looking for a design that would draw them into the space. The central element of the project is the raised pool/spa/fountain combination which is a focal point from both ends of the yard as well as from the interior views. The outdoor entertaining space off the living room features a large gas fireplace, rustic wood patio cover with concrete columns and a large built-in barbecue. There is a secondary patio area off the master bedroom which a secondary rustic shade structure. Photography: Isabella Li
