New Build with Spectacular Views

A substantial country residence built in 2005 from local Gloucestershire stone, this sympathetic new build is perfectly in keeping with its Cotswolds neighbours. Nearing almost 200 Architectural Bronze casements across the entirety of this extensive estate, all are bespoke and set into traditional stone mullions. Our Advanced System is used throughout this property, an ideal fixture for new builds. Fixed casements range from arched and round windows that simultaneously make use of space under the gable eaves and add visual interest, to full length screens and transom windows which wrap around solid bronze doors and effectively create walls of light that illuminate internal rooms. Opening casements are elevated by the use of decorative backplates and scroll handles, adding a flourish to an otherwise pared back architectural design. Slim bronze frames, particularly within the numerous bay windows, create an astounding level of light flow within the building, allowing the formal landscaped gardens to spill into the family home. A striking new build with exceptional use of traditional materials.
