This Modwood deck was a simple choice for the client who wanted a maintenance free professionally finished deck. They matched the old deck with a small extension from what it was previously and added a set of stairs on the end and utilized recycled hardwood posts and handrail to save cost. Simple, Straight forward and maintenance free.
