Modern Plush Condo Living Room

The Living Room in this 750 square foot condo represents the best in open concept design for small urban spaces. While it holds a dining area large enough to seat six, the living area snakes around into the space adjacent to the dining table -- opening it up to endless entertaining possibilities. We went for a California groovy beach pad vibe in our design plan.
