All clean lines and super-edited was the client's edict, and the result shows how well we listened. The three-story home features translucent glass garage doors, stainless steel cable rail, Hardie Artisan lap siding and Hardie panels with aluminum extrusions. Andersen's Coastal Collection windows and doors were chosen for their impact-resistant glass. The spacious interior is open and bright, with 9-foot ceilings on each floor, accomplished by the gently sloping membrane roof. The screen porches offer bay breezes and provide insect-free entertaining and shade. The color scheme, materials and careful window placement create a juxtaposition of pattern for a unique composition and street presence.
