Minneapolis Stucco Home

This stucco home in the Bryn-Mawr neighborhood of Minneapolis, MN, had a large three car garage, family room, and kitchen addition built on the rear of the home. The project was initially for just the installation of new stucco on the addition, but blossomed into the refinishing of the stucco on the entire home. The stucco was repaired where the addition tied into the existing home, as well as areas along the rooflines after the proper flashing was installed, and a few areas where windows were eliminated or replaced. The new stucco on the addition and the stucco on the existing home was finished using a knock-down dash texture, in a warm gray color. The stucco creates a beautiful, long-lasting new finish on this classic Minneapolis, MN, tudor-style home.
