Loft Conversion and Full House Renovation - Ferndown, Dorset. The Sticks & Stones team completed this loft converstion and full home renovation and rear extension project for our wonderful customer in Ferndown in 2020. This project was a pleasure to work on and it was amazing to see an outdated, 3 bedroom home renovated to an incredible, 5 bedroom 4 bathroom finished to a very high standard. The upstairs was converted from 2 bedrooms to 3 large bedrooms, one en-suite and one house bathroom with roll-top bath. Block paving and stone driveway, front and back landscaping. Larch cladding on the gables and exterior of the loft conversion. All new English Heritage green double-glazed windows and French doors doors to the rear. New neutral sand coloured slab patio. House fully painted on the exterior. All new bathroom suites fitted throughout. All rooms either plastered or skimmed. All rooms re-painted, new skirting board and architrave. New tiling throughout the bathrooms, kitchen and utility. Herringbone parquet flooring throughout the downstairs hallway, living room and dining room. New kitchen and utility suite with stainless steel range and American-style fridge/freezer. New utility room. New facias, soffits and guttering. New internal wood doors installed.
