Smooth Concrete pads are contrasted with crushed rock to create a large outdoor living space overlooking Mount Diablo. The concrete pads extend into circulation space and wrap around a central natural stone water feature. Meadow grasses are used for context of water, and to soften the hard lines of the concrete bands. Smooth Stucco Walls define the living space and redwood benches extend out of the walls adding warmth and exterior seating to the outdoor living space
