This is a first floor addition & kitchen remodel which completely changed the functionality of the existing galley kitchen into an entertaining area & most useful, commonly used space in the house. We removed a wall to open the kitchen to the dining room & living room, expanded the size of the kitchen & dining room and completely opened up the views to the ocean.
