Keil’s Mountain Cottage

The kitchen, located at the back of the house and opening out onto the backyard, is light filled and warm with Hampton style 2PAC cabinetry and American Oak timber shelving, all custom made by RAW Sunshine Coast. The kitchen is an expansive u-shaped design, with 40mm Fresh Concrete Caeserstone bench tops providing ample countertop space. Laurissa opted for a dining table to be placed in the middle of the kitchen that is not only a central point for the family and guests to gather but also acts as another food preparation space within the kitchen. Cabinetry hardware, tap-ware and appliances were carefully selected to seamlessly integrate into the Spanish farmhouse style of the kitchen. Featuring a traditional freestanding stove by SMEG, with a handy pot filler above, integrated fridge and dishwasher and the luxury of a built-in coffee machine.
