Jersey Street Facade

The dilapidated siding and fake roof of the street wall were removed, the wall re-framed and seismically strengthened, and a new painted tongue and groove cedar siding with shaped wood trim and granite accent discs was added. A second garage was created in the basement and the entry stairway was narrowed. All windows and doors were replaced with Marvin wood windows and custom-designed entry and garage doors in the existing openings. An "eyebrow" architectural overhang replaced the fake roof.
