JB Designs Workspace

JB Designs new workspace has as its characteristic language, the aim was to consider the sustainable approach and natural textures as possible to design this architecture & interior office. Main spaces of the office consist of two private cabins for the head designers and an open workspace for staff, all three are left transparent facing the corridor. The office entrance welcomes the visitors with a small reception and a waiting area that is enhanced by the usage of plants and terracotta camp jaalis. At the entrance a wide hallway that not only serves as a passageway but also as a project exhibition corridor. The corridor is cladded with clay wall tiles for imitating the look of brick wall while leaving a white blank canvas in between to display projects. The linear light profiles along the aisle on both the corners make it look even wider. The terracotta roof tiles are creatively used to create wall installation for both the private cabins, complementing the white full body tile used for tabletop. The vista of the employees have been refined with the integration of hand painted visuals on the wall to create a creative and an appealing work environment.
