Isis Ceiling Fan

Richard and Donna Tadler teamed up with Charleston’s Thomas & Denzinger Architects on their Kiawah Island home. A 16-ft. cubic screened porch provides additional living space with an airy feel, augmented by a 10-ft. brushed aluminum Isis® fan from the Big Ass Fan Company. “We had a theme of wood, metal, glass and concrete throughout the house,” said Joel Wenzel, AIA and LEED® AP with Thomas & Denzinger Architects. “The fan was a highlight and the aluminum design gave it a dynamic edge in a room of ipe floors and ceiling.”
