Internal changes and enlargement of openings into garden

The traditional scullery annex of a Victorian era yellow sandstone semi-detached house was being cluttered with storage cupboards, utility room and cloakroom downstairs; and storage room off a study upstairs. As well as decluttering internally, to enlarge usable space, the new openings provide an improved connection to the back garden, and improvements to the insulation envelope mean the dining area and upstairs office will benefit from increased comfort.
